Credit Card Authorizations
The hotel will not accept CC Authorizations prior to September 23rd. Detailed instructions will be sent closer to the cutoff date. These only need to be done if the physical card will not be available at check-in and/or the owner of the card isn’t present.
Hotel Cancellations
Cancellations made at any time will incur a $50 charge per room. Once registration opens, please ensure you are fully ready to book prior to making your reservation.
