The downtown hotel offers a fitness studio, indoor heated pool, Burger Bistro, and coffee shop.

The hotel is located approximately 14 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), or roughly 20 minutes without traffic by car. The estimated Uber price from the airport to the hotel is $80 one way during non-peak hours.

The Link Light Rail may also be taken from the airport (Line 1 = 12 stops to Westlake, then a 1 block walk after exiting 1A to street level). Light Rail tickets are $3 per person each trip.

Self-parking is available on site for $55 per day or $65 for valet parking.

Room Reservations

Reservations are processed on a first come, first serve basis and rooms are limited in quantities.

Room rates are $289, plus 15.7% tax and a 2.3% Convention/Tourism fee each night.

Hotel reservation booking links will be sent once an MCAA Registration has been completed via confirmation email.
Hotel cancellations (made at any time) will incur a $50 charge per room.
Credit cards will be charged in full on/after September 6 for hotel rooms stays.
After September 15, credit card authorizations may be submitted to the hotel by calling (206) 728-1000. This is only for students arriving prior to or without the physical credit card being utilized.
