Michael’s professional journey is grounded in a steadfast commitment to service, leadership, and continuous growth. His career began with early service as a Presidential Support Specialist with the Marine One Helicopter Squadron (HMX-1), where he developed a strong foundation of discipline, excellence, and mission-focused execution. 

For over 22 years, Michael has developed extensive expertise in sales, training, customer service, and brand marketing, consistently delivering measurable results. As a servant leader, he empowers teams across the Milwaukee region to enhance the customer experience for distribution partners and end-users in the construction industry. Michael currently serves on the MCAA Career Development Committee.
