Treyson Johnson began his career in the welding industry in 2010 as a pipeline welder in the Delaware Basin. He joined UA Local 412 in 2020 as a welder for a local Albuquerque fabrication shop. In 2021, he made the move to Yearout Mechanical, LLC. as their lead rig welder. By 2023, he was running large capital projects such as Netflix, as a General Foreman. In May 2024, Treyson became the Fab Shop General Superintendent. Over the last two years, he has taken the Yearout Fabrication shop from 30 employees to 200+ employees and is responsible for over $100 million in fabrication work. He has been an integral part in upgrading new technology and equipment in the shop to create the successful environment that it is today. In 2025, he was awarded the Yearout Mechanical, LLC. Superintendent of The Year.
