She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and began her career at The Lincoln Electric Company, where she developed a strong technical foundation and passion for customer-focused engineering. 

Miranda has served as a Technical Sales Engineer and Regional Alloy Specialist, earning recognition for her product expertise, problem-solving ability, and talent for translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions. 

She joined Novarc Technologies in 2023, bringing her deep knowledge of welding processes and automation. Since then, she has worked as a Senior Sales Engineer and now focuses on Strategic Accounts and Partnerships, supporting innovation and long-term growth through collaborative customer relationships and advanced robotic welding solutions.
