Sam Sinclair brings over 32 years of experience in mechanical construction, including 15 years as a Superintendent and 2.5 years as a Project Manager. He has extensive expertise in prefabrication, estimating, lean implementation, manpower planning, and field foreman training. His background also includes 11 years as a Job Site Foreman, where he managed production, material procurement, and coordination with trades and owners. Sam completed the UA Local 137 Apprentice Program and holds Med Gas Certification (NFPA 6010) and Med Gas Instructor Certification (NFPA 6050), along with weld certification, OSHA 30-hour certification, and ASHE certification.
His representative healthcare project experience includes the MMC Infrastructure Update and Surgery/Tower Expansion, which involved boiler and chiller replacements, new medical gas systems, and installation of 114 mechanical prefab racking systems, as well as the SMH 2G floor remodel of 22 patient rooms. Throughout his career, Sam has focused on delivering complex projects in active healthcare environments through strong leadership, coordination, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and team development.
