Wendy Glauber is vice president of human resources and general counsel for John W. Danforth Company, an EMCOR company. In her role, she serves as a trusted adviser and partner to her Danforth colleagues and provides legal counsel on a variety of issues impacting the business.
In addition, Wendy leads strategic, companywide HR initiatives and develops practices and policies focused on Danforth’s most valued resource: its people. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal and human resources fields, Wendy’s integrated background and expertise bring a unique and valuable perspective to her role.
Wendy is proud to be part of the mechanical contracting industry and the impact it has on communities. She is chair of MCAA’s Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Committee and looks forward to continuing to find ways to enhance opportunities for women in the industry.
