What is the WiMI Conference?

The WiMI conference promotes awareness and advancement for women in mechanical contracting by creating opportunities for networking, education, mentoring, and professional growth. Just as a compass provides clarity and direction, this event encourages attendees to reflect on their journey, strengthen their leadership path, and connect with others navigating similar terrain.
