Charlotte Flesher is a project director at AMS Industries, with a career spanning the HVAC industry since college. She has held various roles, including draftsman, project manager, sales estimator and vice president, gaining expertise across a wide range of projects, including data centers, schools, nursing homes, high-rise residential buildings and manufacturing facilities.

Passionate about her work, Charlotte values building meaningful relationships and credits the mentorship and friendships she has gained throughout her career with shaping her professional journey. Her industry involvement extends to several organizations that have contributed to her continued growth, both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Charlotte has been married for 25 years and is the proud mother of two. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, golfing and downhill skiing.
