Kori Gormley-Huppert is the President and fourth-generation owner of Gormley Plumbing + Mechanical, based in McMinnville, Oregon. The company, which specializes in commercial, industrial and residential plumbing, is the largest plumbing contractor in the heart of the Oregon Wine Country.

With a deep connection to the plumbing and mechanical trades, Kori has worked across nearly every facet of the company, rising through the ranks as Project Manager, Estimator, and Service Department Manager before stepping into executive leadership. In 2020, Kori became President and 100% Owner of the firm.

Recently certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Kori launched KH Mechanical, a full-service general contractor with an emphasis in the Mechanical space.

Committed to advancing the MEP industry both locally and nationally, Kori currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the Plumbing Contractors of America (PCA). In addition to board service, she has played an active role on multiple national MCAA committees, including the inaugural steering committee and served as chair for Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI), helping to shape the future of the industry through leadership, inclusion, and innovation.
