Kristy Willis, M.S. is an Associate Professor in Residence in the Civil Engineering and Construction Department at Bradley University. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience at Bradley, the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and Missouri S&T, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom.
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Her background combines academia with real-world experience, having worked as a facilities engineer at Caterpillar and serving with the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
She is actively involved in student and industry organizations, serving as the faculty advisor for Bradley’s Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) chapter and as a steering committee member for the Women in Mechanical Industry Initiative. Her professional interests focus on productivity method improvement, leadership development, and workforce diversity.
Outside of academia, Kristy enjoys horseback riding, fishing, and embracing the great outdoors.
