Wendy Glauber serves as John W. Danforth Company’s Vice President, Human Resources & General Counsel.  In her role, she is a trusted advisor and partner to her Danforth colleagues and provides legal counsel on a variety of issues that impact the business.  In addition, Wendy is responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives company-wide and developing practices and policies that focus on Danforth’s most valued resource, its people.  With over twenty years’ experience in the legal and human resource fields, Wendy’s integrated background and expertise brings a unique and valuable perspective to her role.  Wendy is proud to be a part of the mechanical contracting industry and the impact it makes on our communities.  Wendy is Chair of MCAA’s Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Committee and looks forward to continuing to find ways to enhance opportunities for women in our great industry.
