Danforth Company, an EMCOR company. In her role, she serves as a trusted adviser and partner to her Danforth colleagues and provides legal counsel on a variety of issues impacting the business.<br \/>\nIn addition, Wendy leads strategic, companywide HR initiatives and develops practices and policies focused on Danforth\u2019s most valued resource: its people. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal and human resources fields, Wendy\u2019s integrated background and expertise bring a unique and valuable perspective to her role.<br \/>\nWendy is proud to be part of the mechanical contracting industry and the impact it has on communities.
