With a sharp focus on sustaining and growing the financial health of the business, Elisabeth is integral to driving the company\u2019s long-term vision.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u200d<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Having grown up in a family business environment, Elisabeth brings extensive expertise in finance, human resources, and organizational growth. Over the last decade, she has been instrumental in achieving a 65% increase in strategic business growth.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u200d<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Before joining Postler &amp; Jaeckle, Elisabeth owned and managed B&amp;H Piping Systems, a New York State Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), from 2005 to 2018. During her tenure, she successfully scaled the company while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and service.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">\u200d<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Elisabeth earned her MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2001. She serves on the MCA Rochester Board of Directors (past president), the United Association Local 13 Annuity Board, and is Vice Chair of MCAA\u2019s National Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Committee, where she has been a member since its founding in 2019.
