Helping people see and think differently is a core passion, as is guiding individuals through the complexities of human weirdness.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Steve is not a motivational speaker. Instead, he creates conversations, leads discussions and avoids traditional lectures or hype-driven presentations.<\/p>\n<p>One of his fundamental beliefs is that you will never be a better leader \u2014 or anything else \u2014 until you become a better person. That belief drives his work helping people live better lives.
