Many projects stop after BIM Phase 1. At HFI, BIM Phase 2 is a critical component to daily operations. This session highlights the best practices for BIM Phase 2. BIM Phase 2 is the phase of the project where the virtual construction team pulls the data out of the model to support field and fab operations. The following items will be discussed along with sequencing, timing, and the collaboration between the virtual construction team, fab shop, and field teams.
